Course Description:

Introductory Day - Introduction to Bodywork Psychotherapy & the Higher Diploma in Biodynamic & Integrative Psychotherapy

In this introductory workshop we explore these subtle attitudes, seeing what they have in common, and how they run through different ways and disciplines of supporting and empowering people who are looking for change and growth in their lives.

Most of the methods and techniques we will be looking at come from Biodynamic Psychotherapy, which uses bodywork, expression, dynamic relaxation, movement and contact to support people to realise their own wellbeing and self-healing. There will be some work with Biodynamic touch and massage but the theme throughout will be based on contact and relating in a healing way.

The workshop also serves as an introduction to the Diploma training in Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
