In this introductory weekend course we explore the fundamental attitudes that make healing and release possible in any type of caring relationship.

The methods and techniques we will be looking at come from Biodynamic Psychotherapy, which uses bodywork, expression, dynamic relaxation, movement and contact to support people to realise their own wellbeing and self-healing.

The course also serve as introduction to the three year Professional Diploma training in Biodynamic & Integrative Psychotherapy.

Venue: Centre for Biodynamic & Integrative Psychotherapy, Tracht Beach, Kinvara, Co. Galway.
