Personal Development Group - Galway

Description:

In this group we tap into the energy and aliveness bound up in long-held beliefs and feelings – both positive and negative – working together to make new changes in our lives and relationships with others.

We work with Biodynamic psychotherapy techniques including:

• Talking and sharing in confidence in a group psychotherapy situation.

• Exploring healing and transformation through movement and emotional bodywork.

• Working with energy and subtle movements to move away from ‘old scripts’.

• Using aliveness and pleasure that can be released from ‘shadow’ qualities.

The group will be facilitated by Anne McCormack and Fintan Coughlan and is planned to run from September 2009 to June 2010 in three stages of about 10 evening meetings. Participants sign up for one stage with the option of continuing for the next stage.

Fintan Coughlan BA, NT, is a Biodynamic & Integrative psychotherapist and group facilitator. He is also a teacher and has a background of study in philosophy and Buddhism.

Anne McCormack IACP, IAHIP is a Biodynamic & Integrative psychotherapist, supervisor and group facilitator in private practice and is also a trainer in the professional Diploma course at the Tracht Psychotherapy Foundation.
